   2. Download Study plan template from the website

3. Fill in the grades in the form

a   Fill the “GRADE” in the subject that you have studied
b.  If you are taking some subjects in 2/2019 and the grades haven’t been released, fill in “TAKING“
c.   Fill in “NEXT SEMESTER” in the subjects you are going to take next semester (the course offering for 1/2020 is available to download)

4. Prepare this form and make it ready to share on screen when you do online advising with your advisor
5. Once finished advising with your advisor, make a correction on your plan (if any)
6. Submit that file to your advisor’s email to be an evidence for tour advisor to unlock you on AU spark
7. Complete the evaluation form “HERE“
